Growth Certificates are financial instruments resulting participation rate movements in an underlying asset which is usually an equity or equity index. Growth certificate can give the investor a return that exceeds the development in eg one shares when it rises, but involves the same risk as shares fall on this.
Growth Certificates have a limited duration, usually between 1 to 3 years.
